Bramptons & Son Surveyors began over 35 years ago, founded by David Ambrose (MRICS), a chartered surveyor with a passion for helping people make safe and confident property decisions. After recognising a growing need for reliable, trustworthy experts in Surrey, David set out to provide a surveying service built on accuracy, integrity, and local knowledge.
Today, the business continues as a true family venture. David’s son, James Ambrose, joined as Co-Director after running his own EPC company for more than a decade. By combining their expertise, Bramptons & Son now offers a complete one-stop service — from property surveys and valuations to EPCs and specialist roof inspections. Their mission remains simple: to deliver clear, actionable recommendations that help families, first-time buyers, and investors protect their properties and maximise their investments.
